摘要
本设计采用可编程逻辑的设计方法,对传统数字存储示波器进行了扩展,以数字示波器为平台,在硬件上只增加逻辑通道的条件下,完成了双通道数字示波器和16通道逻辑分析仪的基本功能,能够有效地满足工程师们对多个模拟、数字信号同时进行探测和分析的需要。
This paper has extended the function of traditional DSO (Digital Storage Oscilloscope) by utilizing programmable logic designing method, and has accomplished basic functions of 2-channel Digital Oscilloscope and 16-channel logic analyzer on the basis of the Digital Oscilloscope hardware by adding just some logic channels. This design can effectively meet the needs of the engineers when they are detecting and analyzing both the analog and digital signals at one time.
