摘要
在工业化阶段,工业主导着一国经济的发展,研究工业发展引起的就业变动对研究整体就业变动具有重要意义。本文主要通过分析山东工业各行业发展的就业弹性系数,得出工业发展对就业的具体影响,并建议在工业继续大力发展的前提下寻找扩大就业的积极对策。
With the development of industrialization, the economy of a country is determined by the development of the industry. It＇s very significant to analyze the variation of the employment caused by the development of industry. By analyzing the elasticity of employment in the industry, this article conclude the employment effect of the industry, and insist on finding the ways to enhance the employment in the premise of going on de veloping the industry.
