摘要
渤海油田大部分油藏为稠油油藏,地层胶结疏松。如何提高采收率、增加原油产量是该油田稠油开发过程中面临的难题之一,而适度防砂完井技术在一定程度上能解决这个问题。介绍了适度防砂的概念和机理、适度防砂完井技术的发展经过以及适度防砂精度的确定方法,对比了渤海油田适度防砂用的两种特殊筛管的防砂效果,探讨了与适度防砂完井技术相配套的措施以及适度防砂完井方式的适用范围。适度防砂完井技术的成功应用,为渤海油田稠油油藏的开发找到了一条新路子。
Most reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield are thick and unconsolidated. How to improve recovery factor and to increase oil production is one of the difficult problems in developing these reservoirs. While the proper sand control completion technology is an effective method in solving with these problems. The concept, mechanism, development and the determination of proper sand control were introduced. The results of two kinds of special screen used in Bohai Oiffield are compared. The associated measures and applicable conditions of proper sand control are discussed. The successful applications of proper sand control completion technology show a new way to develop Bohai thick oilfield.
