摘要
以17个象草实生苗株系以及杂交狼尾草共18份材料为研究对象,对产量、叶/茎比、株高、分蘖数、叶长、叶宽以及茎粗等生物学性状进行了方差分析、相关分析和聚类分析。结果表明:所有调查性状品系间存在显著差异,两次刈割时第二次刈割产量显著高于第一次刈割,一次性刈割产量极显著高于两次刈割之和。根据产量、株高以及叶/茎比等生物学性状将供试材料分为矮生多蘖、较高中蘖、较高少蘖以及高大少蘖共四种类型。
Variance analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis of some important biological characters including yield, leaf/stem ratio, plant height, tillering number, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter of seventeen lines of Penniseturn purpureum and hybrid pennisetum were conducted. The results showed that the differences were significant in investigated characters among these lines and cultivars; dry yields of the second harvest were significantly higher (P〈0.01) than that of the first harvest, dry yields of one harvest per season were significantly higher than the sum of two harvest per season. The napier grass lines and hybrid pennisetum were divided into four types by cluster analysis based on dry yield, leaf/stem ratio, plant height etc. : dwarf and numerous tillers type, semi-dwarf and more tillers type, intermediate height and less tillers type, tall and less tillers type.
