摘要
目的探讨护理人文科学渗透教育对改善护生职业定向的作用,以引导培养在校护生形成良好的、正确的职业定向。方法将197名护理三年制大专生随机分为对照组100人和实验组97人。对照组采用传统的课堂讲授方法进行教学,实验组增加护理人文科学(课堂、课外)的干预。结果干预后除"护理是一门纯服务性质行业,没有发展前途"及"医疗工作和护理工作等同"2个条目外,其余8个条目实验组积极认可度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理人文科学干预可转变护生对护理专业的错误看法,促使其热爱护理专业,为今后从事护理工作奠定良好的基础。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing humanities intervention on the professional orientation of vocational nurse students. Methods Totally, 197 vocational nurse students were randomly divided into a contonl group(n= 100) and an experimental group (n= 97). Students in the control group were given traditional teaching methods, while their counterparts in the experimental group were additionally given nursing humanities interventions. Results Except the items of "Nursing is a service industry without prospects" and "Nursing care is as important as medical care", nurse students in the experimental group had better recognition on the other 8 items than students in the control group did(P〈0.05 ,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Nursing humanities can change vocational nurse students' wrong cognition on nursing, and improve their professional orientation.
