摘要
晚期糖尿病肾病的治疗相当困难，对糖尿病肾病的早期预防和监测极为重要。本文就糖尿病肾病的流行状况、危险因素、有效的预防手段、早期监测的原则及监测指标的选择等方面的研究进展予以系统性回顾和总结。
It is hard to treat the diabetic nephropathy in advanced stage, therefore, the early prevention and monitoring seems important. This article reviewed the risk factors, effective prevention methods, prevention principles and monitoring index of diabetic nephropathy.
