摘要
随着腹膜透析装置的不断改进、透析技术不断完善，越来越多患者选择腹膜透析，腹膜透析患者的生存质量问题也日益受到重视，对腹膜透析患者生存质量及生存率问题的研究也日趋增多。因此，评估患者的生存质量及生存率，分析其影响因素，从而提高患者的生存质量，改善患者的生存率显得尤为重要。本文就腹膜透析患者生存质量及生存率分析的研究进展进行综述。
With the progress of equipments of peritoneal dialysis（PD） and the technique of dialysis, more and more patients choose peritoneal dialysis as their replacement therapy. The problem of quality of life in PD patients were regarded increasingly, the studies of survival rate and life quality in peritoneal dialysis patients were increased. Evaluating this problem, analyzing the influencing factor, improving the quality of life and survival rate are crucial problems.
