摘要
目的.研究新生SD乳鼠窦房结的位置和组织学构造.方法:取35例新生4天SD大鼠心脏,常规石蜡包埋,整心连续切片,作H-E染色、Goldner三色染色以及首次用Heidenhain苏木素肌原纤维染色.结果:在右前(上)腔静脉近右心房处的近段壁上可见一个呈马蹄形的淡染区,它包括发育最好的内侧膨大(167×247×133u)、发育较好的外侧膨大(108×137×240u)和最薄弱的腹侧部.相对较粗大的中央动脉通过内侧膨大的中央.在马蹄形组织块内,胶原纤维丰富、形成网架,主要含有起搏细胞和过渡细胞.起搏细胞一般位于组织块的中央,细胞为圆形或多边形,胞核大,胞质少呈亮区.结论:(1)新生SD乳鼠窦房结位于右前(上)腔静脉近侧段壁上.(2)窦房结胶原纤维丰富,结内主要有P、T细胞.(3)较粗大的中央动脉仅穿过内侧膨大的中央.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the position and the hisotlogical architecture of sinoatrial node (SAN) in neonatal SD rat. Methods: the whole hearts were removed from 35 neonatal SD rats of 4 dyas. After being routinely embedded in paraffin, complete serial sections of the hearts were cut and stained with H-E, and Goldner's trichrome and with Heidenhain's hematoxylin for the first time. Results: At the wall of proxima part of the right anterior (superior) vena cava(A(S)VC) near the right atrium a lightly staining horseshoe-shaped mass of tissues were seen, including a well developed medial convex (133×167×247μm), a well developed lateral conved(108 ×137×240μm) and a very poorly developed ventral part. The central artery, which appeared to be disproportionately large, passed through the center of the medial convex. A great number of the collagen fibers formed the framework in the horseshoe-shaped mass of thssues. which contained principally two kinds of nodal cells, P-cell and T-cell. P -cells, usually in the central protion of the mass of tissues, were round or polyhedral and had little cytoplasm with a disproportionately large central nucleus. Conclusion: The horseshoe-shaped SAN of the newborn SD rat was located in the wall of proximal part of the right A(S) VC. There were rich collagen fibers in SAN, which contained principally P-cells and T-cells. The large central artery only passed through the center of the medial convex.
