摘要
我国的教师教育在市场化发展过程中出现了教育过度问题,其成因以及所引发的教育问题影响了教师教育机构及其运作机制的发展,只有立足于我国教师教育的实际,建构有效的防范机制,才能实现教师教育的和谐发展。
In our country's teacher education there has emerged the problem of excessive education in the process of the development of marketability, and its causes and relative educational problems have affected the development of the master of teacher qualification ( i.e. the institution of teacher education and its functional mechanism). We must construct an effective preventional mechanism based on the practice of teacher education and achieve the harmonious development of teacher education.
