摘要
近年来鲜食菜用型旱粮品种的推广应用,为开拓销售市场起到了积极的作用,受到了消费者的欢迎。发展鲜食菜用型旱粮是调整和优化粮食生产结构的重要途径。对鲜食菜用型旱粮的生产现状、发展前景以及发展对策进行了论述。
In recent years, fresh vegetable-used upland crops have been developed and played a very important role in opening new market for fresh consumption. It is also a route to adjust and optimize the structure of food crop production. In this paper, the production status, prospects and countermeasures of upland food crops for fresh consumption are described and discussed.
