摘要
以劳动价值论为基础,假设劳动者通过劳动向社会所作贡献的大小可以度量,并且社会分配制度充分公正,确保按劳动者对社会贡献的大小来分配社会财富,劳动者获得财富的唯一手段是劳动。在这一前提下,利息被认为是劳动者社会贡献的奖赏,而利率则是这种奖赏的力度。利率上升,意味着奖赏的力度提高;利率下降,意味着奖赏的力度降低。
The study is conducted based on the labor-value theory and the hypothesis that the worker＇s contribution to the society through his work can be measured and the social distribution system is so just that the social wealth is distributed in light of how much contribution a worker has made to the society and the only way that the worker gets the wealth is work. Under this prerequisite, the interest is considered as a reward for the worker who has made contribution to the society, and the interest rate is the strength of this reward. Interest rate rising means the increase in the strength of the reward while the interest rate declining means the decrease in the strength of the reward.
