摘要
应用CFD软件对国内某电厂的1台超超临界1000MW机组双切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧特性和流场、温度场、浓度场分布进行了数值模拟,给出了不同工况下附加风变化对模拟结果的影响。结果表明,附加风率的变化对炉膛内NOx浓度分布影响不大;附加风正切或反切对沿炉膛高度方向上每个截面上的烟温和烟速偏差有影响。此结果对超超临界机组锅炉在变附加风运行时炉内温度分布的变化和污染物排放具有指导意义。
By using CFD software, the numerical simulation of boiler charateristics and distribution of flow field, temperature field, and concentration field in an ultra- supercritical 1000 MW double- tangential firing boiler of one power plant has been carried out, the influenee of additional air under different operating conditions being given. Results show that the influence of additional air upon distribution of NOT concentration isn't large, the tangential or anti- tangential additional air, however, has effect upon deviation of flue gas temperature and flue gas velocity in each cross - section along the direction of furnace height. This result has guiding significance for temperature distribution variation in the furnace and for emission of pollutants.
