摘要
探讨了影响超声波染色时超声效率的因素,并测试了超声染色织物的牢度性能。结果表明,中温型活性染料在较低温度和较小浴比下染色,超声效率较高;延长超声波作用时间,上染率提高,但超声效率降低;增大染料浓度,超声波的促染效率提高,有利于深色品种的染色;染色织物的部分牢度性能略有提高。
The ultrasound efficiency in different dyeing conditions such as temperature, liquor ratio, ultrasonic irradiation time and dye concentration was discussed in this paper. Some color fastnesses of dyed fabrics were measured. The experimental findings showed good ultrasound efficiency under lower dyeing temperature and lower liquor ratio with mid-energy reactive dyestuffs. The ultrasound efficiency decreased with the prolongation of ultrasound irradiation time, but dye uptake increased. The increase of accelerating efficiency of ultrasound was beneficial to deep dyed fabric with increment of dye concentration. Moreover, the color fastness of dyed fabric was slightly improved.
