摘要
目的:探讨来自灾区大学生的心理健康情况,为开展震后心理援助提供科学依据。方法:采用特质应对方式问卷、一般自我效能感问卷和90项症状自评量表,对50名大学生进行测评。结果:①重灾区组的SCL-90各项因子得分高于非灾区和轻灾区组,轻灾区和非灾区间无统计学差异;②SCL-90各因子与消极应对呈高度正相关,与积极应对呈高度负相关;③一般自我效能感与积极应对方式呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关,与SCL-90的抑郁和焦虑因子相关显著。结论:来自灾区大学生普遍存在心理应激反应。采取提升自我效能感,促发积极应对方式预防发生心理应激性障碍。
Objective To explore the mental health condition of university students from disaster areas, and obtain psychological assistance measures based on it. Methods Fifty cases of university students were evaluated with Questionnaire of Trait Coping Style, General Self-efficacy and SCL-90. Results The scores of SCL-90 in group of harder-hit area were higher than those of threshold area and other areas, and no significant difference was observed between group of threshold area and other areas. The factors of SCL-90 were highly positive correlated with passive response, and negative correlated with active response. But for the General Self-efficacy, it was positive correlated with active response, and negative correlated with passive response, and it was significantly correlated with SCL-90 factors of depression and anxiety. Conclusion There exists psychological stress in university students from disaster areas. We should help them to promote self-efficacy and improve active coping style to prevent the stress disorder.
