钙与赤霉素合剂(Ca+GA)处理种子的抗旱增产效果及原理 被引量:10

Effect of Seed Treatment by Calcium-gibberellin Agent on Increasing Grain Yield Crop Drought Resistance and Its Mechanism

摘要 钙赤合剂(Ca+GA)拌种的盆栽春小麦比对照增产20%;在田间小区试验中春小麦增产19.9%~22.6%;在大田示范中一般增产8%~15%。Ca和GA混合处理使种子、种苗的生物活性和抗性在一定程度上得到结合,起到两者在代谢和生长方面的互补和叠加效应,从而加强了对半干旱地区多变水分环境的适应,有利于旱地作物的成苗、生长以至产量形成。 Pot experimental result shows that for the Ca+GA treatment grain yield of springwheat was 20% higher than the control. Plot experimental result indicated that grain yieldincreased about 19. 9%~ 22. 6%. Demonstration result also shows that yield was generallyincreased by 8%~ 15%. The biological activity and hardiness of seeds and seedlings wereimproved combinable by the Ca + GA treatment. Both calcium and gibberellin acid play animportant role on the effects of mutual compensation and superposition to seedling metabolismand growth. The treatment enhancing seedling adapted to moisture variable conditions in semiaridarea. Therefore, the treatment is available for the crop seedling establishment, growth andformation of the grain yield.
