护士礼仪属职业礼仪范畴,指护士与他人交往的程序、方式,以及实施交往的规范,包括仪容、服饰、言谈、举止四个方面,在整个护理活动中,发挥着举足轻重的作用。正确的护士礼仪能达到与病人交流取得圆满结果的目的,使病人得到心理上的满足和慰藉。
The nurse etiquette is professional etiquette, meaning the standards of procedure, mode and communication for nurses, including appearance, clothing, talking and behavior, and plays a vital role in nursing. Correct nurse etiquette may reach the goal of communicating with patients and giving them psychological satisfaction and comfort.
