摘要
目的 :探讨提高无晶体眼视力的有效手术方法。方法 :根据原有条件采用不同的手术方式植入后房型人工晶体。结果 :141例 (146眼 )术后平均随访 7.8(1～ 30 )个月 ,视力达 0 .5及以上者占 86.3%。结论 :采用适当的手术方式 。
Objective:To search for effective surgical methods to improve visual acuity in aphakic eyes.Methods:Various surgical methods were used to implant posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL)in 141 cases(146 aphakic eyes)according to the different ocular conditions.Results:Mean follow up interval was 7 8(1～30)months.Post operative visual acuity was 0 5 or better in 86% of all the operated eyes.Conclusion:Adequate surgery is effective in correcting aphakia.
