摘要
在中国医院处于改革的转型时期,现行的体制、机制下,地处中国西部的不少医院几乎没有政府投入,完全是医院自身在市场中靠"创收"苦苦挣扎,并还要兼顾好社会责任、医院发展和队伍稳定。本文通过对医院涉及的经济问题的分析与思考,以重庆九院创新差异性发展模式为例证,以重庆市重点研究室——医院成本控制研究室为平台,加强成本控制在医院发展中的战略地位与作用的实践与研究,收到显著成效。
In this transitional period of reform, and with the current medical system and mechanism, how can the hospitals in the west of China, with little government investment, find the way of existence and development？ This paper, taking the innovative mode of differential development in the 9th Hospital of Chongqing as an example,and with the fruits yielded in Hospital Cost Control Lab,a key lab in Chongqing,analyzes and reflects on the economic problems involved in the hospital, and discusses the importance of cost control research in the development of hospital in both practice and theory.
