我国“体教结合”的动力机制及其阶段性特点 被引量:6

摘要 为提高竞技人才培养效益,消除人们对我国"体教结合"模式培养高水平运动员过高、过急的心理预期,分析了我国"体教结合"不同发展阶段更迭发生的动力及其阶段性特点。认为"体教结合"在发展和完善过程中,人才培养的预期收益递增是变革发生的原动力;经济、社会的发展,不同文化的相互学习、借鉴,是"体教结合"不断发展、完善的重要助力;"体教结合"发展的快慢主要取决于自然演进和政府的推进。建议政府有关部门积极推进"体教结合"的进程。 In order to improve sports talents benefit and eliminate the high expectation of people for the training mode of sport and education combined in China to bring up high-level athletes, the author of this paper analyzes impetus and characteristics in different stages of integration of sport and education. It considers that, the increase by degrees of expected gains is a motor of transformation during the development and improvement of integration of sport and education, the development of economy and society and the mutual learning of different cultures are power to promote integration of sport and education, and the speed of development is up to natural progress and promotion of government. It therefore suggests that government energetically advance integration of sport and education.
