摘要
我国农业保险模式变革应积极借鉴发达国家农业保险模式变革的经验。发达国家农业保险模式变革呈现出类型选择由单一性走向多样性和特色化、价值取向由偏重公平转向重视公平与效率两者的结合等四大主要特征。相应地,其对我国农业保险模式改革的重要启示意义在于合理选择基本类型以突出农业保险模式的中国特色、合理选择价值取向以优化农业保险的资源配置等四个方面。
The reform of the models of agricultural insurance in developed countries provides good examples for China＇s reform of the models of agricultural insurance. Four main characteristics exist in the reform of the models of agricultural insurance in developed countries. They are： multiple choices, featured categories of models, pursuing justice, and emphasizing the combination of justice with efficiency. Correspondingly, for China＇s reform of the models of agricultural insurance, well designed fundamental categories of models of agricultural insurance Chinese features should be provided; rationally chosen value orientation is needed to optimize the allocation of resources.
