摘要
通过对昆明犬选育改良前后的繁殖性能及生长发育数据进行比较研究,进一步明确昆明犬今后繁育工作的发展方向,为昆明犬今后的选种、选配和保种提供更为科学的依据。研究结果表明:2004年度的窝产仔数、产活仔数、初生重和二月龄重均高于1987年度的统计数据,经方差分析得出窝产仔数、产活仔数的差异极显著(P<0.01),初生重和二月龄重差异显著(P<0.05)。比较2004和2006年的繁殖性能,除窝产仔数外,2006年度的其余繁殖性状均高于2004年度数据,其中,断奶窝重和二月龄重差异显著(P<0.05)。比较2004年和2006年度的昆明犬二月龄生长性能,其中体重、体长和胸围差异显著(P<0.05)。比较选育改良后的昆明犬(2006年度)和比利时马里努阿犬,窝产仔数、断奶重和断奶存活数呈差异显著(P<0.05);产活仔数、初生重、初生窝重、断奶窝重及二月龄重差异极显著(P<0.01)。综合分析得出,经过选育和导入外血缘使昆明犬的性状得到遗传改良,其繁殖性能指标得到全面提高,并趋于稳定。
Comparison of reproductive and growth properties of Kunming Dog between fore and after breeding and mating with foreign blood was carried in order to point out the developmental direction aftertime of Kunming Dog and provide the scientific basis for breed selection, hybridization selection and breed protection for the future of Kunming Dog. The result showed the number of puppies per brood, the survival number of puppies, the birth weight and the two-month-old puppy weight in 2004 exceeded those in 1987. There were extremely significant differences of the number of puppies per brood, the survival number of puppies （P 〈0. 01 ） , and significant differences of birth weight and the two-monthold puppy weight （P 〈0. 05 ） between 1987 and 2004, analyzed by ANOVA. Compared the reproductive capability in 2004 with those in 2006, except the number of puppies per brood, the other properties in 2004 were higher than those in 2006 and there were significant differences of weanling weight per brood and two-month-old puppy weight between 2004 and 2006 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared the growth traits of two-month-old Kunming dog in 2004 with those in 2006, all of the data in 2004 were higher than those in 2006 and there were significant differences of body weight, body length and chest girthbetween 2004 and 2006 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared the reproductive properties of the bred and improved Kunming dog and those of Belgium malinios, there were significant differences of the number of puppies per brood, the weanling weight, the weanling survival number of puppies （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and extremely significant differences of the survival number of puppies, birth weight, birth weight per brood, weanling weight per brood and two-month-old puppy weight （ P 〈 0. 01 ） between Kunming dog and Belgium malinios. It was concluded that the traits of Kunming dog were improved in genetics and its reproductive capability was promoted comprehensively and remained stable through bred and mated with foreign blood.
