摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈、实地考察等方式,对杭州市市民的居住现状和老年人的居住期望作了调查。初步分析了杭州市居住区规划建设和人口老龄化之间的矛盾,并从老年人的心理、行为特点等角度在居住区规划建设中合理考虑老年人的多方需求,通过改善老年活动场所和居住养老机构,完善居住区老年人休闲功能等,使应对人口老龄化的未来居住区规划建设有一定借鉴作用。
Through the questionnaire investigation,interviews,field survey and so on,the residence status of the citizens and the residence expectations of the elderly in Hangzhou City were investigated.The contradictions between the planning and construction of the residential districts of Hangzhou City and the aging of population were preliminarily analyzed.From the angles of the psychological and behavioral characteristics and so on of the elderly,many requirements of the elderly were reasonably considered in the planning and construction of the residential districts.Through improving the activity places and residence organizations of the elderly,the leisure functions and so on of the elderly in the residential districts were perfected to provide references for the future planning and construction of the residential districts for the population aging.
