摘要
目的研究中药制剂益肾助孕颗粒对女性排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为益肾助孕颗粒治疗组(60例)和克罗米芬对照组(60例),连续超声监测卵泡发育和排卵状况、观察子宫内膜生长情况,测定用药前后血清内分泌激素卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)水平,随访其妊娠及生产(包括流产)情况。结果治疗组和对照组的排卵率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);而治疗组妊娠率(56.67%)显著高于对照组(35.0%)(P<0.05);对照组流产率(16.67%)显著高于治疗组(5.0%)(P<0.05)。2组卵泡大小及子宫内膜厚度均显著增长,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后血清FSH、LH、E2、P水平均高于治疗前,PRL、T水平降低,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾助孕颗粒可促进卵泡发育、排卵及子宫内膜增长,调节内分泌,提高妊娠率,对排卵障碍性不孕症有较好疗效。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the clinical effect of Yishen Zhuyun Granule on infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction. METHOD One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （60 cases treated with Yishen Zhu）am Granule） and the control group （another 60 treated with clomiphene citrate）. Clinical observations on the two groups were car- ried out before and after treatment respectively. Continuous ultrasound examinations were used to monitor the development of follicles, ovulation and endometrium. Radioimmunassays were used to detect the female hormone such as follicle-stimulation hormone （FSH）, lu- teotrophic hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2）, progesterone （P）, prolactin （PRL）, and testosterone （T）. RESULT There were no signif- icant changes in the ovulatory rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. However, the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 56.7% while that of the control group was 33.3% （ P 〈 0.05）. The size of follicles and the thickness of the endometritun were significantly im- proved after treatment in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. The levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P increased and the levels of PRL and T de- creased significantly in both groups, with no significant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION Yishen Zhuyun Granule is effective in treating infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction and can increase the pregnancy rate greatly.
