摘要
分析了机车连挂仿真的动力学模型和求解方法,对重载机车连挂仿真计算的影响因素进行了深入的讨论,包括重载计算工况、缓冲器特性、车体变形、机车转向架、连挂数量、车钩间隙等因素。并且将连挂仿真计算结果和冲击试验结果进行对比和统计,分析连挂仿真计算结果的有效性。
This paper analyses the dynamics model and solution method of locomotive coupling simulation, discusses affect factor for coupling simulation of heavy load locomotives, including load - case, characteristics of draft gear, distortion of carbody, locomotive bogies, the quantity of coupled vehicle, coupler clearance and so on. Contrasts and counts the simulation results and impact test results to analyse the validity of coupling simulation results.
