摘要
创新农业经营形式是新农村建设过程中需要重点关注的问题。在由传统农业向现代农业转型的过程中,新农业经营形式对发展现代农业具有划时代的意义。通过剖析目前传统农业经营形式中存在的问题,对比发达国家的农业经营的主要特点,提出我国在实施新农村建设过程中应创新农业经营形式,包括改造公司加农户、大力发展内生型农民合作组织、培育规模专业大户、发展土地银行和公司制农业等,并提出了完善实现农民知识化、发展农村合作金融组织、建立有效的土地流转机制等宏观政策。
hmovating agricultural management form is a problem that needs to be concerned with during the process of building a new countryside. In the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the management form of new agriculture is of an epoch-making significance for the development of modern agriculture. Through analyzing the problems existing in present management forms of modern agriculture, compared with the main characters of agricul- ture in developed countries, it is put forward that during the process of implementing the building of a new countryside, the agricultural management forms should be innovated, including reforming companies and farmers, vigorously develo- ping endophytic-type armer cooperative organizations, cultivating professional large-scale housholds, developing land bank and company-system agriculture. And some macro policies such as perfecing peasants＇ intellectualization, develo- ping rural cooperative financial organizations, and establishing effective land transfer mechanism.
