摘要
水是生命之源,水资源对人类生存、生活和生产都具有非常重要的作用,水资源是支撑自然生态系统和社会经济系统不可代替的重要资源和关键因素。世界各国都在从多方面采取各种措施对国内的水资源进行保护。目前,中国水资源保护工作取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题亟待解决。文章对中国水资源保护的现状进行了分析,发现其问题所在,并从法律上提出了相应的完善及应对措施。
Water is the source of life, and it＇ s essential for human＇ s survival, daily life and production. Water resource is irreplaceable in natural ecosystems and socio -economic system. Countries all over the world take a variety of measures to protect domestic water resource. At present, China has made great achievements in the protection of water resources, but there are still some problems that can not be ignored. This paper analyzes the status quo of China＇ s water resources protection, reveals the current problems, and puts forward some legal measures.
