摘要
采用超声分散装置对纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅在聚合物溶液中进行分散,利用激光粒度分析仪对分散前后的聚合物溶液中的纳米粉体颗粒进行粒度分析,并讨论了分散结果,计算了纳米粉体的平均粒径,而且利用Kapur提出的规律对团聚体在超声分散过程中体积分数-粒度分布进行了模拟,发现了纳米粉体超生分散的二成分性规律,即超声分散过程中粗径部分的收缩和细径部分的发生和生长。
The nano-sized CaCO3 and SiO2 powder was respectively dispersed in polymer solution with ultrasonic device, and the particle size of the nano-sized powder before dispersed and after dispersed was analysed by laser particle size analysis device. The dispersed results were discussed and the average particle size ofnano-powder was calculated. The development ofvalume fraction-particle size with Kapur' s rule was simulated. Then the two-component rule of nano- powder dispersed by ultrasonic was found, which part of thick diameter contracts and part of thin diameter happened and grew up.
