摘要
用药膜法(成虫)、浸叶法(幼虫)分别测定了南美斑潜蝇和美洲斑潜蝇实验种群及田间种群对Avermectin类农药的敏感性,并在1998年至2002年对昆明市官渡区南美斑潜蝇和元谋县美洲斑潜蝇田间种群进行了敏感性监测。结果表明,Avermectin类农药对斑潜蝇同一种群的成虫和幼虫的毒力不同,幼虫比成虫更为敏感;在云南省南美斑潜蝇的4个田间种群中,最为敏感的是云南省曲靖市蚕豆南美斑潜蝇种群,最具有耐药性的是昆明市北郊云南省农科院园艺所温室蔬菜南美斑潜蝇种群;1998年至2002年的田间监测结果表明,南美斑潜蝇和美洲斑潜蝇田间种群对1.8%爱福丁乳油的敏感性呈波形曲线变化,其中2000年官渡及元谋的2个斑潜蝇田间种群处于低水平抗性阶段;实验种群与田间种群的毒力测定结果显示,南美斑潜蝇比美洲斑潜蝇更具有耐药性。
The sensitivity of Liriomyza huidobrensis and L. Sativae to Avermectins were determined by leaf dipping method and residual films method . The variation of toxicity of avermectin to the field populations of Liriomyza huidobtrensis in Guandu country in Kunming and Liriomy- za sativae in Yuanmou country were monitored in Yunnan province during 1998 to 2002. The results showed that Avermectin possessed higher toxicity to larvae than adults of leafminer. It was found that Liriomyza huidobrensis in Qujing was more sensitive and Liriomyza huidobrensis in north country of Kunming was more resistant to Avermectins. The susceptibility of Liriomyza huidobrensis and Liriomyza sativae to Abamectin had little variation in different monitoring points during the years. It indicated Liriomyza huidobrensis had more resistance to Avermectins than Liriomyza sativae.
