摘要
在研究扭转丝状液晶电光效应曲线的基础上,根据Freedericksz相变理论以及液晶的粘滞系数对显示器件响应时间的影响,进行计算分析,利用反推法得出了驱动电压与上升时间的函数表达式,进而通过实验测定了响应时间,求得了阈值电压,获得了较好的实验结果验证。此种实验方法简洁,节省时间,精度较高。
Based on electro-optic effects curve of LCD and Freedericksz's phase transition theory, the relation between coefficient of viscosity and response time of LCD, was analyzed. A function expression of driving voltage and rise time was obtained by reverse educing method, the response time and threshold voltage were tested by experiment,and the result showed that the theory agree with the experimental facts.
