摘要
为了研究某特种车辆方舱的静力学特性,该文应用HyperMesh和MSC.Patran软件建立了方舱的有限元模型。针对其加强筋复合板的独特承载方式和复杂结构,采用壳单元和实体单元相结合的方法进行有限元建模。同时,运用有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran,对该方舱进行了静力学分析。计算结果表明:该方舱的最大应力值远小于许用应力,最大变形也低于许可值,该方舱满足结构的强度和刚度要求,具有较大的承载潜力。
To research the static characteristics of a special vehicle square cabin, this paper uses the software HyperMesh and MSC. Patran to build finite element models of the square cabin. According to the special loading way and complicated structure of the cabin' s composite hoard, the shell and solid cells are used to simulate the cabin structure in the finite element modeling. The FEM software MSC. Nastran is used to analyze the static characteristics of the square cabin. The result shows the maximum stress and deformation of the square cabin are much less than the limited values. The square cabin structure satisfies the strength and stiffness requirements and is powerful to load.
