摘要
根据贵州天保工程效益监测数据和森林资源二调数据,利用影子价格法、影子工程法对贵州天保工程区620.7万hm^2森林生态效益进行评价。结果显示,2000~2006年间贵州天保工程区森林生态系统在涵养水源、水土保持、净化环境、固碳释氧、森林旅游等五方面所产生的生态效益总价值为1,4230.39亿元,年平均创造价值2,032.91亿元;从森林生态系统各项服务功能所占比重看,固碳释氧、涵养水源、水土保持、净化环境、森林旅游所产生的价值分别占森林生态效益总价值的51.31%、20.97%、17.29%、10.32%和0.02%。
According to the benefit monitoring data and the forest inventory data, and by using the shadow price method and the shadow project method, this paper conducted an evaluation on the forest ecological benefit in the areas of Natural Forest Protection Project in Guizhou province. The study result showed that from 2000 to 2006 the total ecological benefit value of the forest eco - system was RMB 1, 946.59 billion ; with an annual create value of RMB 278. 084 billion. From the view point of different service functions of the forest eco - system, the value of water - holding is the highest ( 60. 12% ) , followed by carbon fixation and oxygen release ( 25.48% ) , soil conservation (7.05%), environment purification (6.97%) ; forest tourism (0.01%) .
