摘要
《上海市职业病防治条例》自1996年5月1日起施行。在《条例》实施后的一年多中,闵行区卫生防疫站和上海医科大学健康教育教研室协作,共同对区内各工业企业的领导、职业卫生人员加强职业卫生专业知识培训以及《条例》内容的学习,使他们对职业卫生服务和职业健康教育的认识有进一步提高,促使企业加强了卫生防护经费投入,改善了劳动条件。经卫生防疫站监测的粉尘、毒物、物理等有害因素监测点的合格率均比前一年提高,企业接触有害因素的工人体检率也呈上升趋势。调查结果表明,《条例》出台后职业健康教育的加强对职业卫生工作质量的提高有非常重要的意义。
<The legislation on Prevention and treatment of Occupational Diseases in Shanghai Municipality>was executed from May first, 1996- During more than one year period of implementation legislation, the Health and Anti - epidemic Station cooperated with the Dept. of Health Education, Shanghai Medical University, to have trained most of leaders in enterprises and health workers to master and improve their knowledge for.Occupational Health and the legislation content. It made the enterprises pay more attention to occupational health service,increase more budget invest to labor protection and create higher quality of working condition. Regarding this propose,the qualified moniting rate of dust concentration , toxic and physical factors inspected by the Health and Anti - epidemic Station, are raised greaterly than before. The rate of physical examination was significantly increased too.
