摘要 目的分离滇重楼内生真菌,研究其抑制病原性真菌的作用并进行分类鉴定.方法从滇重楼植株中分离培养内生真菌.在体外,用指示菌株金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门菌、普通变形杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠埃希菌及白色念株菌进行抑菌活性筛选.对具有抑制白色念珠菌的内生真菌菌株进行培养,观察显微形态特征,确定其分类地位.结果从滇重楼的根中分离到一株内生真菌菌株,对白色念株菌有较强抑制作用,鉴定为无孢菌群.结论滇重楼内生真菌无孢菌群菌株LRF4具有抑制白色念珠菌的作用. Objective To isolate endophytic fungi in the medicinal plant Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis (Franch) Hand. Mazz, investigate antimicrobial activities of these isolates and identify those strains which had antimierobial activities. Methods Endophytic fungi were isotated from Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis and Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Proteus vulgaris, Shigella dysenteriae, E.coli and Candida albicans were used to test their antimicrobial activities in vitro. The antifungal active isolate was identified by observing its colony characteristics and morphological features. Results One of the isolates was successful in inhibiting the growth of the tested microorganisms, Candida albicans and was identified to Mycelia sterilia. Conclusion A strain LRF4 of Mycelia sterilia isolated from Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis has significant effect on inhibiting the growth of candida albicans.
