摘要
本文综述了补充平衡氨基酸的低蛋白质日粮对于断奶仔猪及肥育猪的生产性能、胴体品质、脏器重量影响的研究,并分析了低蛋白质日粮对其生产性能和肉质影响的可能原因。
This article summarized the studies on the effects of low protein with balance amino acids on the growth performance,carcass quality and organ size of weaned piglets and finishing pigs,then gave the possible explanation of the effects of the feed with low protein on the growth performance and meat quality.
