摘要
“三林”（即林业、林区和林农）问题是新时期我国社会主义新农村建设中的一个重要问题。“三林”与“三农”问题既有共性又有区别。在社会主义新农村建设中，应高度重视“三林”问题的特殊性，明确认识“三林”问题的内在实质，有针对性地确立“三林”问题的建设目标。
The problem of forestry, forestry district and forestry farmer is an important issue in the construction of new socialism countryside. Though it has similarity with the problem of agriculture, country and peasant, the problem of forestry, forestry district and forestry farmer has its own characteristics. We should attach high importance to its significance and distinctiveness and make it explicit the underlying substance of the problem of forestry, forestry district and forestry farmers and accordingly establish the goal purposefully.
