雌激素受体与核因子κB相互作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 转录因子雌激素受体(ER)与核因子κB(NF-κB)的相互作用在多种组织细胞类型中均有研究。ER可在NF-κB信号转导通路的多个环节对NF-κB的转录活性产生影响:影响胞质内的NF-κB抑制蛋白及其激酶复合物;影响NF-κB的核转位;影响NF-κB的DNA结合活性;通过与共调节蛋白相互作用影响NF-κB的活性。二者的相互作用在多种疾病如乳腺癌、绝经及性别相关的免疫性疾病、绝经后骨质疏松等的发生发展中有重要意义。
