摘要
在刀具状态监控中,实时监控阈值的确定是难点。常(恒)阈值监控因切削参数或条件的变化而常常导致误判。本文将介绍一种基于刀具磨钝标准和切削参数的新颖监控方法,实验证明,该方法能有效提高刀具状态监控的可靠性。
The difficulty in tool condition monitoring system is to give threshold in real time.Constant thresholds often cause monitoring failures due to changing cutting parameters or conditions.In this paper,a new monitoring strategy based on tool wear criterion and cutting parameters is introduced.The experiments shows that the method can improve tool condition monitoring reliability effectively.
