P53蛋白与TNF-α、TGF-β在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎大鼠表达的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨p53蛋白在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis,EAE)中的作用。方法雌性Wistar大鼠25只随机分为:EAE组(n=15)、对照组(n=10)。制作EAE模型,免疫组化染色观察p53蛋白、TNF-α、TGF-β的表达,进行相关性分析。结果P53蛋白灰度值与症状评分呈正相关(r=0.836,P<0.05),p53蛋白灰度值与TNF-α灰度值呈负相关(r=-0.810,P<0.05),p53蛋白灰度值与TGF-β灰度值呈正相关(r=0.676,P<0.05)。TNF-α灰度值与症状评分呈负相关(r=-0.978,P<0.05),TNF-α灰度值与TGF-β灰度值的相关性分析无统计学意义(r=-0.502,P>0.05)。TGF-β灰度值与症状评分的相关性分析无统计学意义(r=0.470,P>0.05)。结论P53蛋白参与EAE的过程,可能是一种抗炎因子。
