摘要
近年来的研究表明茉莉酸类植物激素对水稻、小麦、高粱、苏丹草、黑麦、高羊茅草、谷子等多种禾本科植物的颖花开放具有显著的促进效应,为进一步探明茉莉酸类植物激素是否对玉米颖花开放具有诱导效应,以沪玉糯Ⅱ号玉米雄穗为试验材料,研究茉莉酸甲酯对玉米颖花开放的影响。结果表明:0.1~10mmol/LMeJA浸穗5min对田间条件下玉米雄穗颖花开放和人工控制温度(28℃、35℃)下离体雄穗颖花开放均无明显影响。
Recent studies showed that jasmonates has a significant inductive effect on floret opening ot gramineous plants such as rice, wheat, sorghum, sudenese grass, mildew, rye and millet. To investigate the effect of jasmonate on floret opening in maize, the excised or intact tassels of maize (Zea may L, cv. Huyunuo Ⅱ ), in which several top florets had flowered one day before the experiment, were soaked in 0.1 ~ 10 mmoL/L methyl jasmonate (MeJA) solution or H2O (CK) for 5 min. , and the results indicated that MeJA has no inductive effect on maize floret opening in natural field or in controlled temperature 28℃/35℃.
