基于APDL的平面支撑弹簧参数化建模

摘要 平面支撑弹簧作为一种新型隔振元件,具有变形能大、刚度低、力学特性好等特点,适用于对隔振器变形能有较高要求、对系统质量和安装空间有严格限制的航空航天电子设备中。因其结构特殊,在ANSYS中利用界面操作方式建立有限元模型存在很大困难,而ANSYS自带的APDL参数化语言为特殊模型的建立提供了方法。通过在参数文件中输入参数,进而在ANSYS中读入程序,实现平面支撑弹簧的快速参数化建模,为后续的静力学和动力学分析提供方便。 As a new type of isolator element, plane supporting spring is characterized by greater deformation energy, lower stiffness and better mechanical characteristics. It is suitable for electronic instruments for aeronautics and astronautics, which require the isolator to restore more deformation energy and to have strict restrictions of system weight and installing room. As its special structure, it is difficult to establish its FEA model by GUI of ANSYS, while APDL provides an effective method for modeling. By inputting relevant parameters in program and reading it by ANSYS, a speedy parameterized modeling of plane supporting spring could be built, which can provide convenience for further static and dynamic analysis.
