摘要
                
                    在石油行业中,管道起着越来越重要的作用,有些管道在设计和安装过程中,由于没有考虑重力的作用,在运行过程中,重力和其他因素相互作用,使管道失效,严重影响管道的正常运行,给人民和社会造成经济损失。为了避免这类事故的发生,针对一些自身重力不能忽略的两端固定厚壁管道,利用ANSYS对其进行应力分析,得出由于自身重力引起的应力和应变变化,为管道的设计和安装提供依据。
                
                The pipelines become more and more important in the oil business,but in the process of design and installation of the pipelines, the gravity of these pipelines were ignored, some pipelines run out in the process of running owing to gravity interacted with other raters. In order to prevent the accident from happening, this text is aimed at a few heavywalled pipelines fixed at both ends whose gravity are not neglected, in order to supply foundation for the design and installation of pipelines we trying to get the variations of stress and strain along these pipelines caused by gravity by means of doing stress analysis with software ANSYS.
