摘要
采用电热爆炸喷涂法在DZ125高温合金表面制备了NiAl涂层,研究了该涂层1050℃下的循环氧化行为。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和显微硬度计对热循环后的试样进行了分析。结果表明,所制备的NiAl涂层致密、晶粒细小、与基体结合良好。涂层在1050℃热循环后其表面生成了致密的Al2O3氧化层,这层Al2O3保护膜能阻止氧向内扩散,减缓内层的氧化速率,从而起到了保护基体的作用。经热循环后,基体与涂层的硬度均有所降低。
The cyclic oxidation behavior of NiAI coating prepared by electron thermal explosion spray on DZ125 superalloy at 1050℃ was investigated. All the specimens after thermal cycle are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS) and microhardness equipment. The results show that the NiAl coating is dense and the grains are refined in the coating and the interfacial adhesion between the coating and substrate is fine. The dense oxide layer Al2O3 is formed on the surface of coating after thermal cyclic at 1050 ℃ in air and it can protect the substrate from the oxygen diffusing entad and slow the rate of oxidation on the inside. The hardness of substrate and coating decreases with the thermal cycle times.
