摘要
文章探讨了链引发、链增长、链终止、链转移的聚苯乙烯热引发本体聚合的反应过程。分析了聚苯乙烯聚合反应速率和单体苯乙烯浓度的平方成正比的关系;在一定温度的范围内,聚合速率随聚合反应温度的升高而加速。阐述了聚苯乙烯生产厂家结合自身装置的具体情况,控制聚苯乙烯的分子量及其分布,生产出不同用途的聚苯乙烯产品。
The heat initiation ployreaction process of polystyrene from chain initiation to chain increase, chain termination and chain transfer was described. The relations of the reaction speed of polystyrene and the square of the monomer's consistency of styrene were analyzed, it showed to be direct proportion. In a certain range of temperature, reaction speed was up by the increase of polyreaction temperature. The polystyrene manufacturer should control the molecular weight and disperse correctly to produce different types of polystyrene used in different fields according to their own production line and equipment.
