摘要
应用系统科学和网络优化的思想、原理和方法,对港口物流系统结构和功能进行分析;然后简述各主要作业环节和各主要子系统通过能力;最后研究港口物流系统综合通过能力的协调理论和计算方法;同时用一算例进一步检验,提出提高港口物流系统综合通过能力的主要措施。
Firstly, the ideas, principles and methods of systematic science and network optimization are applied to analyze the framework and function of port logistics; then, the handling capacity of main operational links and subsystems are simply introduced; finally, the harmony theory and calculating method of the synthetie handling capacity of port logistics are studied. Furthermore, the validity and operability of this theory are tested by a numerical example. The chief measures to improve the synthetic handling capacity of logistics in port hinge have been put forward.
