摘要
沥青稳定碎石的水稳定性有许多影响因素,如沥青性质、矿料性质、混合料配合比等,在诸多因素中找出关键影响因素,对控制其水稳定性有着重大意义。利用灰关联熵分析法研究了沥青针入度、4.75 mm及0.075 mm筛孔通过率、集料公称最大粒径,以及沥青混合料的沥青用量、空隙率、饱和度、粉胶比等对沥青稳定碎石水稳定性能影响的显著程度。研究表明,沥青用量、沥青饱和度、沥青针入度及沥青混合料空隙率是影响沥青稳定碎石水稳定性的主要因素。
There are some factors influencing the moisture stability of bituminous stabilized macadam, including asphalt property ,aggregate property, asphalt mixture performance, construction condition and environment. Among these factors, finding out key influence factors possesses substantial significance to control moisture stability of bituminous stabilized macadam. The degree of various factors influencing the moisture stability of bituminous stabilized macadam is studied through grey correlation entropy. These influence factors include asphalt penetration, passing percent of 4.75 mm mesh, passing percent of 0. 075 mm mesh, nominal biggest dimension of aggregate and asphalt dosage, voids ratio, saturation, fill-bitumen ratio of asphalt mixture. The results show that the main factors influencing the moisture stability of bituminous stabilized macadam are asphalt dosage, saturation of asphalt mixture, asphalt penetration and voids ratio of asphalt mixture.
