摘要
随着我国市场经济的快速发展,知识经济,管理时代的来临,项目管理越来越被更多的企业所重视。通过项目管理系统(PMS)与ERP系统进行有机结合来阐述以建设单位为中心,设计、施工、监理、财务、营销、采购等相关单位或部门共同参与的全方位固定资产投资项目管理系统的实现,从而更好的实现固定资产投资项目管理过程中的工程质量、工程进度、工程成本三大目标的控制。
With the rapid development of market economy, the advent of knowledge-based economy and management periods, more and more enterprises are getting aware of the importance of project management. Through organic integration of Project Management System (PMS) and ERP system, we elaborate the implementation of the Project Management System that construction company oriented, design, construction, supervision, finance, marketing, purchasing and other related company or departments involved in the all-round investment in fixed assets, so that in the course of the management of the investment in fixed assets project project quality progress of the project and the project cost which are the three major objectives make its great step forward.
