摘要
针对碳纤维丝束和捻线在纺织预制件或预浸料的缝合过程中易发生起毛、断丝的情况,设计了二维管状编织结构的碳纤维缝合线.采用TM式丝抱合力试验机对不同编织工艺参数的缝合线试样进行耐磨损性能试验,并与丝束试样和捻线试样比较.结果表明:二维管状编织结构碳纤维缝合线的耐磨损性比丝束和捻线有大幅度的提高;直径和花节长度对耐磨次数影响较大,张力300cN时,比花节长度为2.1的试样的耐磨次数为相同细度丝束的4.08倍,张力200cN时,此试样耐磨次数为相同细度丝束的12倍.
Two-dimensional braided structural sewing thread made of carbon fiber is tailored to conquer the fuzz and rupture problem of the carbon tow and twisted carbon yarn in stitching process of composites. Abrasion experiments are conducted on samples with different braiding parameters, and compared with the tow and twisted yarns. Tests were finished on TM style abrasion machine of Daiei Kuseiki Company. The results show that the 2D braided thread has better resistance to abrasion than others; both diameter of thread and pitch length influence the abrasion times evidently. Abrasion times of 2D thread is 4.08 times of same sized tows when the tension is 300 cN, while the multiple increases to 12 for the 200 cN tension force.
