摘要
用经济性状比较优良的普通蚕品种连续回交基础斑纹限性蚕品种，使其回交后代保留基础限性品种的斑纹限性性状，其他经济性状大部分都替换成普通实用蚕品种的血统，并采用对回交后代设置特殊培育环境，充分利用不同的气候条件进行定向培育的方法，选育出了能够在幼虫期根据斑纹准确地鉴别雌雄性别的斑纹双限性秋用品种荆研×楚星。该品种各主要经济性状不仅显著超过国家夏秋蚕品种审定对照种苏３秋３×苏４，而且也超过我省现行夏秋普通蚕品种黄鹤×朝霞。各项指标达到国家夏秋蚕新品种审定标准。
By use of directive breeding method, in which current silkworm varieties with better economical properties were used to backcross successively the basic stripe limitive silkworm varieties to make later generations retain stripe limitive property while most of other economical properties were replaced by the genealogy of common practical sikworm varieties,and in the meantime special breeding environments were set up and different climate conditions were fully utilized, a new stripe double limitive variety:“Jingyan×Chuxing” which the male and female can be accurately and efficiently differentiated in larva period according to its stripe was selected and bred.The identification of laboratory experiment and rural application showed that all the main economical properties of the variety surpassed significantly not only national examined and approved check summer & autumnuse variety:“Su3Qiu3×Su4”, but also current common summer & autumn use variety:“Huanghe×Zhaoxia”, and in addition,all the targets came up to the national standards for examination and approval of new silkworm variety for summer & autumn use.
