摘要
介绍了商业银行的筹资方式,分析了商业银行筹资成本及其税负以及筹资风险对筹资方式的影响,提出了合理选择筹资方式的办法。
This paper introduces the financing modes of commercial bank, analyzes the financing cost of commercial bank and the influence of the financing risk on the financing modes, and puts forward some methods for making rational choice of the financing modes.
