摘要
阐述了我国能源发展面临的形势与政策,分析了发展替代能源的客观必然性,探讨了山西省发展替代能源的模式,指出只有调整能源开发使用结构,增加替代能源、可再生能源及生物能源的使用比重,才能在经济增长中优化能源结构,降低能源消耗,加快能源开发利用技术进步,解决能源供给和使用中所面临的问题。
This paper expounds the situation of the energy development faced by our country and the policies put forward by our country, analyzes the objective necessity of developing the alternative energy sources, probes into the modes of Shanxi＇s developing the alternative energy sources, and points out that only by adjusting the energy development and utilization structure, increasing the proportion of the use of alternative energy sources, renewable energy resources and biological energy sources, can optimize the energy structure, reduce the energy consumption, speed up the progress ofenergy development and utilization techniques, and solve the problems in the energy supply and use.
